Elika Hilata Makeup
Elika Hilata is an international makeup artist based in New York.
Originally from Ibaraki Japan, Hilata has been passionate about drawing since child hood, a foundation continues to shape her artistic approach.
Hilata has always find the work of fashion photographers as profoundly artistic-creating beauty that goes beyond commerce.
First, she build her career at Tokyo as makeup artist, then she moved to New York in 2019 to follow her passion for international fashion industry. And she trained by industry's leading legends such as Diane Kendal, Mark Carrasquillo, Fulvia Farolfi, Aaron de Mey, and contributed as a key member of their teams.
Hilata's work has been featured in various publications and magazines such as V magazine, W magazine, Schön! Magazine,Office magazine, ELLE Japon, amongst many others.
Hilata thrives on entering fashion designer's creative vision and enjoys bringing a brand's image to life. She has led the makeup team for MET exhibited brand, Dauphinette's official NewYork fashion week presentation in September 2021 and February 2022.
Hilata's past client list includes the following leading brands and top celebrities : Stacy London, Ajani Russel, Ali Sethi, Joël Robuchon, Ralph Lauren, Double RL,Tiffany & co., ZARA Kids, J.crew, Woorich, Laura Mercier, UNIQLO, BMW, TOYOTA,CASIO, and Kyoto Municipal Museum of Art for Dali Exhibition and more.

茨城県出身。
美容部員、アシスタント経験を経て、2017年よりNYと東京を行き来しながらUNIQLO,BMW,CASIO などの大手企業の広告, Joël Robuchon、白鵬などのセレブリティのメイクを務める。
2019年 3月に O-1ビザを取得後に渡米、ニューヨークに拠点を移す。
渡米後はニューヨークだけでなくミラノやパリでも数多くのショーにメイクチームの一員として参加。
2021年9月と2022年2月のニューヨーク・コレクションでは、メトロポリタン美術館でも作品が展示されたブランド、Dauphinette のNYFW公式のプレゼンテーションのヘッドメイクを務める。
現在ニューヨーク在住、東京での仕事も精力的に広げている。
