Elika Hilata Makeup
Elika Hilata is an international makeup artist based in New York.
Originally from Ibaraki Japan, Elika worked for 6 years in Tokyo as a makeup artist. She discovered her passion for the New York fashion industry, and decided to uproot and move to New York in March 2019 to follow her passion.
Elika's work has been featured in various publications and magazines such as V magazine, W magazine, Schön! Magazine,Office magazine, ELLE Japon, amongst many others.
In September 2021 and February 2022, she led makeup team for MET exhibited brand, Dauphinette's official NewYork fashion week presentation.
She is also known for experienced back stage makeup artist for fashion week around the world.
Elika had trained while working as valued member of several different legendary makeup artist's team; such leading artists include Diane Kendal, Mark Carrasquillo, Fulvia Farolfi, and Dick Page, and Hiromi Ueda.
Elika's past client list includes the following leading brands and top celebrities : Stacy London, Ajani Russel, Joël Robuchon, Ralph Lauren, Tiffany, J.crew, Woorich, Laura Mercier, UNIQLO, BMW, TOYOTA,CASIO, and Kyoto Municipal Museum of Art for Dali Exhibition and more.

茨城県出身。
美容部員を経て東京にてアシスタントを開始。
2013年に渡仏、フランス語を学びながらアシスタントとして働く。
2014年に帰国後、Tatsu Yamanakaのアシスタントを努めながら自身の活動も並行して行う。
2017年よりNYと東京を行き来しながらUNIQLO,BMW,CASIO などの大手企業の広告, Joël Robuchon、白鵬などのセレブリティのメイクを務める。
2019年 3月 O-1ビザを取得後に渡米、ニューヨークに移住、拠点を移す。
コレクションシーズンにはパリやミラノにも行き、ボッテガヴェネタやエルメス、アルマーニ、ロベルト・カバリなど数多くのショーにメイクチームの一員として参加。
2021年9月と2022年2月のニューヨーク・コレクションでは、メトロポリタン美術館でも作品が展示されたブランド、Dauphinette の公式のプレゼンテーションのメイクを務める。
現在ニューヨーク在住、東京での仕事も精力的に広げている。
